Enquiry information
When you submit a website enquiry, DOM receives your name, company, business email, tube requirement and any files you choose to attach. This information is used to review and respond to your request.
Drawings and files
Enquiry records and attachments are stored with the website hosting service and are available to authorized DOM administrators. Attachments are not published on the website. For a confidential project, contact DOM about a confidentiality agreement before sharing sensitive technical documents. When email notifications are enabled, they contain a reference and a link to the protected DOM inbox; drawings and enquiry content are not attached to notification emails.
Email and WhatsApp
Messages sent by email or WhatsApp are handled through those services. Their privacy terms apply to that communication.
Website operation
DOM uses first-party aggregate counts of page views, catalogue download clicks, email clicks and WhatsApp clicks to improve the website. These counts do not use advertising cookies or visitor identifiers, and do not include enquiry content. A session setting may retain a broad referral channel such as email or LinkedIn. Technical connection data may be processed by the hosting provider for operation and security. The enquiry service uses a hashed connection reference to limit repeated submissions.
